I am very pleased with my experience renting from Classic Self Storage. I had no problems in more than a year there and although I moved out several days into my last month, they did not charge me for that month.

Very good and clean car wash with the tools in good shape and I appreciate being able to pay by card.

Cheap indoor storage and is always available for you to drop off or pick up your items.

Staff was very friendly. I had some old vouchers that I had found that I was wondering if they were still good. They honored them without any issues.

I have used them on two different occasions when I moved home from living on my own. They are friendly.The young guy who is usually in the office in Niagara Falls is knowledgeable about who is using their services and the unit number when I go in to pay. I chose to pay monthly in person by debit or cash. The units are clean and are climate controlled with video monitoring.

When I first moved to Niagara, was unsure if storage unit would be big enough. I was assured that if it didnt all fit that they would accommodate me . Moving is hard enough, that took the stress away. Been there 2 years and never had one issue. Staff is great to deal with too.

Great price for climate controlled storage units, I've done some research and Classic Self Storage has the very best prices and a location in St. Catharines and Niagra Falls.

Quiet and a peaceful place to wash your car. Away from the city noise. Also they have an attendant that works there so you’re able to get change using your debit or credit card.
